The Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) is the most widely used assessment method for non-domestic buildings. Buildings are awarded a BREEAM rating of a Pass, Good, Very Good, Excellent or Outstanding depending on their impact on the environment. The assessment method can be adjusted to suit specific building types; sectors covered include Retail, Industrial, Offices, Education, Courts, Healthcare and Multi-residential.

Our experience with BREEAM enables us to design in the requirements from the outset to avoid expensive add-ons later in the project. We have conducted several BREEAM Pre-Assessments to supplement planning applications and tender documents to ensure the requirements are met in a cost effective and efficient manner.

The Company prepared for the tough year ahead with a vigorous work out at the recent Pozzoni Olympics.

Taking a break from traditional team building and strategy development, the whole Practoce took part in a series of mind bending puzzles, quizzes, treasure hunts and Wii games, all fuelled by a healthy breakfast of bacon, sausages and eggs and an end of the day de-brief at the local pub!

The feedback was really positive and everyone agreed that it was important during such challenging times to bring everyone together and have some fun.

The eventual winners, Relegation R Us, were announced by Senior Partner David Hughes, who also shared the shock news that the Pozzoni London Office had won the 2012 Pozzoni Games.
